Cutting and Charcuterie Boards

This is a random collection of recent cutting and charcuterie boards.

A bit ambiguous--the wider strips on this board declare it to be faced-grained. But the paudauk narrow strips are edge-grained. Clearly, boards styles are named for convenience!

Face-edge-grain board? The walnut, hickory, maple and paudauk are showing face grains in this charcuterie board. The board has both handles and non-slip feet.

Size matters! The "small" cutting board is used in my home. It has held thanksgiving turkeys, small briskets, steaks, pork shoulders (pulled pork), and the occasional rotisserie chicken. To a dedicated brisket-smoking chef, more room is a requirement! The giant (unfinished) board underneath easily accommodates two smoked briskets fresh from the smoker!
